How can we check if the artworks are original?

Every artwork comes with a physical Certificate of Authenticity signed by the Artist and the Managing Director of the Gallery. Therefore, you can be assured that the artwork is indeed an original. We guarantee each Certificate with our reputation as one of the longest-standing galleries in Hanoi (since 1996).

Do you ship door-to-door internationally?

Yes, we do ship globally door to door with the world’s best shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS, whom we partnered with to ship to our clients internationally in the last c.30 years.

How long does it take to ship to us from your country?

You will expect to receive the artwork within the time as below:
- 3 to 5 days to ASEAN countries
- 5 days to other Asian countries
- 7 to 8 days to a week to the USA, Canada, Europe, and the rest.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Amex. If you would rather, we also accept bank transfers.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if the artwork hasn't been shipped. If you want to cancel or make an exchange, you need to e-mail us at thanglongart@hn.vnn.vn as soon as possible.
